Competition Details:
- Quantity: Approximately 350 tacos must be prepared and sold during the event.
- Suggested Price: USD 2.00 per taco.
- Deposit Requirement: A USD 100 deposit is required, which will be refunded at the end of the event unless the participant fails to attend or leaves their space in poor condition.
Evaluation Process:
- Competition Box: A special batch of tacos prepared exclusively for the judges.
- Live Evaluation: Judges will also anonymously evaluate a taco from the general production during the event.
- The taco sold will be the one evaluated.
